- Top 50% of reps: $100,000+ after Year 1.
- Top performers: $1M + annual commissions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and carriers.
- Coordinate shipments from pickup to delivery.
- Quote, negotiate, and secure competitive freight rates.
- Resolve issues quickly to ensure service reliability.
- Manage shipment data and updates in internal systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-level service.
- Assist with billing and accounting.
